  The property is old, but mostly OK to stay in. the bedroom furniture is old and should be renewed, and it would be good to have air conditioning instead of small fan heaters, the tall one is old and does not work well and is dusty and dirty. The bedrooms need power points put in easy to use places on the wall, and not behind the bed head as it is in one bedroom. I think for most guests the cleaning fee is excessive as most guests clean up well before they leave, especially when they are bringing their own bed linen and taking it away with them when they leave.

  We had an easy getaway to Guilderton/Moore River. The property is extremely basic with no frills but a good location with a lovely surround veranda to chase the sun. Country Values Holiday Homes has always been excellent to communicate with and do a fantastic job managing their properties.

  We enjoyed a holiday with family friends, the home is perfect for a beach holiday, it is within walking distance to the beach and easily accommodated two families with children. The backyard has a lovely grassy patch for children to play outside and the big shady tree out front provides shade during the day. Beds are comfortable and ceiling fans help to cool the house and sleep comfortably at night. Only recommendation is to get a few more standing fans to help with cooling during the day as their is no aircon and it gets hot in summer months. We had a great stay and will be back.

  Loved our weekend experience overall! We were assured that the home was wheelchair friendly, and the property absolutely was! The only problem was shower access.
  Unfortunately crockery and cutlery left much to be desired. We had to wash everything before use. Many items had food residue caked on them. We had been informed of the broken stove top before hand, and managed quite fine.
  In spite of these minor issues it was great!

  The house was great the price was great BUT it advertised aircon but had none and there was a TV with 5 remotes with no instructions on how to use any of the devices. The cupboard under the TV was full of empty DVD cases. It didn’t bother me we couldn’t use the TV it annoyed me there’s were no instructions on how to use it. I messaged the local rep to ask about the bins as the information was conflicting and I got no reply. I also think I left something behind and no communication for that either. The lack of communication was also annoying.

  Lovely stay at this accomodation in Moore River. Not too far from the centre of town and just as described.
