A little "LANO MAGIC" is exactly what you will receive here. You will want for nothing as this has it all. Park your car inside the fully enclosed yard as you will no longer require it. Just a hop, skip and jump to Lancelin's famous beach and a short stroll to shops and eateries including the iconic Endeavour Tavern.

Whether its a romantic getaway you are after, a weekend away with friends without the kids or a family getaway this home is perfect for it all.

Sit back and enjoy all the luxuries this home has to offer including a huge wrap around balcony with ample room for everyone to sit back, relax and wind down with a glass of your favorite beverage while taking it all in.

Other features include a large open plan living area upstairs including a modern kitchen which opens out onto the balcony, large games / play room downstairs where the kids can hang out and a huge enclosed backyard where the kids can safely play while you watch from above. NO WIFI at this property. Not pet friendly.

Downstairs consists of 2 x large bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and the other with 3 x single beds

Upstairs consists of 2 x large bedrooms - both with queen beds. The Master also includes its own ensuite including a spa/bath which overlooks the view.

No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request.

This property sleeps 9 (however there is a fold out single mattress if required) please keep this in mind when making your booking. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.
The Garage is not available for guest usage.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

  I've stayed at more than a dozen short term stays in Lancelin over the years and Lano Magic is one of the best.
  Beautiful, well finished home with lots of space. The Deck is perfect for afternoons.
  Best part... it's 50m to the beach and not much further to the pub.
  Country Values Holiday Homes property management were super easy to deal with and highly responsive to a few questions we had.
  Will definitely be back... and will also be using CVHH where possible in the future.

  We enjoyed our stay at Lano Magic. The house was in a great location, had a holiday home feel and fitted a large group of people. The balconies are amazing and the yard lovely.
  Downsides were the lack of dishes which we later found in the dishwasher dirty (from previous renters) and the lack of attention given to maintaining the property. (Broken outdoor furniture, fly screen off)
