Ocean Vista Large Home With Ocean Views

Enjoy the magical Guilderton sunsets from this beautiful three-level home with two front balconies offering some of the best ocean views in town. It is a two-minute walk to the beach. This property has 5 bedrooms so is ideal for two or three families to enjoy with plenty of room for everyone. Wifi is connected.

The 3rd level (top floor) has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom a large lounge with comfortable couches, a large TV with WIFI connectivity and BluRay DVD player, with its own balcony with expansive ocean views - all perfect for a retreat from the crowd.
The 2nd level (accessible by 2 steps from the driveway / back yard) boasts the main living area with a large leather lounge suite. There is a TV and BluRay DVD player with Netflix (you need your own code). Some DVDs are provided for guests’ use. This is also an ideal spot to keep an eye on children from the kitchen.
There is a large dining table that seats 12. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need, including a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers. There is a double bedroom on this level, as well as bathroom facilities (a toilet and shower) and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The front balcony is ideal for outdoor meals when the weather is fine.

The downstairs games room on the 1st level has its own lounge suite, a table-tennis table, and a pool table. In the adjacent room is a another fridge – perfect for keeping drinks cold – and a deep-freeze.
In the back yard, there is a BBQ and a table and bench seats, ideal for enjoying an afternoon drink and dinner on hot summer evenings. An outdoor hot shower is invaluable for washing off sand and salt after returning from the nearby beach.
The property also has evaporative air-conditioning for those hot summer days. The carpets and much of the furniture have been recently replaced to provide greater comfort for guests.

Check out time is 10am. Late checkout can be booked directly through CVHH.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking, canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting seashells, building sandcastles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas-fired free barbecues under the trees by the river and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action, and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9-hole golf courses in WA. For a family fun day out, enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

  This is a perfect beach house for a couple of families to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday in Guilderton. The house is spacious with many seperate areas to to enjoy together or catching some quiet moments alone. We loved being able to walk just over the sandhill to the beach. The prperty is very well appointed with a games room below, tons of chidrens toys, board games and DVDs. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. For us the big bonus was the extra fridge and freezer downstairs for all the supplies we brought up with us.This is essential as you really do need to bring up all your food and drink supplies. There is very minimal grocery shopping available up there.We would definitely love to come back to this property.

  Very neat and tidy 3 storied wooden floor house. So much space, lots of entertainment, kids play equipment, kitchen had full kitchen amenities including 5 bed room with 12 beds included 2 full bathroom toilet and washing machine and dishwasher microwave and BBQ machine plus fully air conditioning.
  All you need your own food linen and Doona covers and towels.
  
  Only issue was cook top some gas point needs to be checked and replaced apart from that a nice holiday home

  Overall an ok experience, property was cleanly presented. Location is very good and house had lot of rooms to accommodate our 3 families.
  Main disappointment was no hot water for shower in freezing weather. Bathroom on main floor didn't even have a sink in it and had to use laundry area.
  Potential for lot of fun activities including table tennis and pool table. But should have informed us to bring their own equipment for table tennis as the one there were in non usable condition.
  No Vodafone network in the area, so without WiFi it was a struggle to do lot of things including streaming music or communicating with family or friends.
  A premium price of more than $500 per night with lack of basic amenities. Extortion in the name of COVID-19.

    Hi Dipen. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay in this fabulous property. With regard to the hot water there is a signed switch in the pantry that clearly states booster for the solar HWS, all that need to be done was that turned on and you would have piping hot water. Our accommodation manager also communicates this on check in. We also have no control on the phone service in the area, being a regional area regional vodafone does not have coverage in the area. You booked through AIRBNB so the extra you would have paid were AIRBNB fees. Much cheaper to book directly with Country Values Holiday Homes. Even with fees you paid less that $500.00 per night.
